RETURNS

Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. To make a return please email us at hello@studio905ld.com and we will send you a returns form. 
Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are not in original condition. 
We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Unless there is a fault with your item, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
Due to hygiene reasons, our earrings are strictly non-returnable and non exchangeable under any circumstances.

What is Gold Filled?

Caring for Sterling Silver & Gold Filled jewellery

925 Sterling Silver and 14k/18k gold filled jewellery will tarnish naturally over time and requires occasional cleaning. For light tarnishing, use a soft polishing cloth. Due to the natural nature of the gemstones, refrain from using any cleaning solution. 
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming and exercising. Avoid contact with water and perfume.  The best way to keep your jewellery looking its best is to keep it stored in an air tight pouch.
